I have previously blogged about the Margaret River region in the south west of Western Australia. Once it was a short weekend trip and another time it was for the Fuji X Aus landscape photography workshop. This time, I’ll be sharing more images from a family trip down to the south west region from a little while back. We were graced with perfect weather for the 3 days we were away.

Thank you Fujifilm Australia for lending me the Fujifilm XT20 and the 23mm f2 lens last year for my trip to Santorini. They have also kindly shared my experiences and travel photos from my trip. You can find my guest post here on their Fujifilm Australia blog. Now that the guest post is finally out, I will share more stories and photos from my trip to Greece in the coming months.

I decided to bring the 18-55mm zoom lens with me instead of a prime lens for better versatility. Here are some photos from my afternoon walk around the zoo. I was going for a muted tones look in my post-processing.

It was great meeting new faces who haven’t made it to the meetups so far and also to catch up with some familiar faces. We even had “surprised” guests from across the Nullarbor from Melbourne. It was fantastic to have Ian and Rena Tan (fellow Melbourne reps) join us for for the night. They are a wealth of knowledge and fun.
