A few weeks ago, a couple of friends and I headed to City Beach on a sunny morning to hike Bold Park. Bold Park surround by what is known as the wealthy “western suburbs”. It’s a beautifully maintained park and one of the few bushlands remaining in the urban areas of Perth.
There are several walking trails to choose from. My friends and I decided to follow the Zamia Trail, which is a circuit that starts at the top of Reabold Hill carpark. Reabold Hill itself gives a great view of Perth and surrounding areas. Zamia Trail is around 5.1km and takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to walk, depending on your own pace of course. It contained a varying degree of up and down hill parts in on the trail. It’s quite an enjoyable and easy walk. Just make sure you have enclosed comfortable shoes as it’s mostly unsealed paths.
Thanks for stopping by today.
