The month of September has just flown by! I haven’t shared much on social media or on the blog as I’ve been busy life outside of photography. I took a short trip to Bali for a family celebration as well as a recent weekend trip down to Margaret River in WA as it was a long weekend in WA. Naturally I had a camera in hand for both trips. It’s not often I manage to go through my photos so soon after I’ve taken them. When I was down south for the long weekend I photographed with the mindset of SOOC.
Most of the photos here are SOOC jpegs. A few had some minor edits. A few are raws that I ended up editing when the jpeg didn’t turn out quite the way I liked it. I’ve been down to Margaret River at least once a year in the last few years and have previously shared images from my trip. We stayed at one of the beautiful homes on the Cherubino estate, literally on a winery estate. Margaret River is one of those places where you can always have a different experience each time you go. This time we visited a couple of wineries, breweries, chocolate factories and a distillery.
Thanks for stopping by today.

This post reminds me that now it’s the time of the year where my wife and I hop in the car and drive a few hours to another town to explore the craft ale breweries.

Yep it’s spring in Perth at the moment, so the weather is beautiful for road tripping!
